If you miss a dose, the missed dose should be skipped, and the next dose should be taken the following day.

The blue cap on the RYBELSUS® bottle helps protect your tablets so they can work as planned to lower your blood sugar. Keeping the blue cap tight helps your pills work right.
Store tablets in the closed RYBELSUS® bottle until ready to take one.
Do not use a pill organizer or other container to store tablets.
Swallow tablet whole. Do not cut, crush, or chew.
Here are some general tips for nausea that may be helpful:
Eat bland, low-fat foods, like crackers, toast, and rice
Eat foods that contain water, like soups and gelatin
Avoid fried, greasy, or sweet foods
Avoid lying down after you eat
Go outdoors for fresh air
Slowly eat smaller, more frequent meals
Drink clear or ice-cold drinks
